Swing Lab

Analyse a swing

Pick a video of your swing. You'll trim it to the swing, then Swing Lab tracks your body frame by frame and builds your report.

How to film for the best results
  • Face-on: camera at chest height, 3–4 m away, square to your chest. Best for rotation, sway, weight shift and head movement.
  • Down the line: camera at hand height on the line behind your hands, pointing at the target. Needed for swing path, posture and early extension.
  • Whole body and club in frame, good light, phone on a tripod or propped up. Slow-mo (120/240 fps) is ideal.
  • Use the same camera spot each time, so your progress charts compare like with like.
  • iPhone video won't play in Chrome on Windows? Set Settings → Camera → Formats → Most Compatible, or use Safari or Edge.
